Yemisi Lawal has 9 years of environmental management experience including the last 4 years at Wecyclers where she has led teams and various projects. She holds a Masters in Environmental Management from the University of Lagos and B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.

Salamot Fasasi has over 30 years of Finance experience and has served in various capacities at Wecyclers since joining in 2014. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the Lagos State University and Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Lagos.

.Ayush served as the Interim Chief Operating Officer at Wecyclers from Jan 2019 to June 2020. He had to return back to India due to Covid-19. Currently, he is working remotely with Wecyclers as an Advisor on a full-time basis. He is responsible for developing and executing Wecyclers business strategy and operations.
While at Wecyclers, Ayush has helped launch several new initiatives such as new incentive programs for existing customers, new debit card service for our customers for financial inclusion, etc. Such initiatives have helped Wecyclers surpass 100tons/month recycling PET bottles target in June 2019, a major milestone for the company.
Prior to Wecyclers, Ayush was working as a Regional Sales Manager for International Sales at a successful tech startup in India. He believes in lifelong learning and is an avid practitioner of Crossfit and Heartfulness meditation.
Ayush holds a Bachelor of Management Studies degree from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi University.
